Domestic & International Shipping

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. If all items are in stock, orders are typically dispatched within 5 days of purchase—often sooner. If any items are out of stock, shipment may be delayed by approximately one week.

During peak periods, such as new product launches and holidays, order processing may require a few additional days. Please note that once a package has been handed over to the carrier, we no longer have control over the transit process; however, a tracking number will be provided for your reference.

We ship to most destinations worldwide. Please be aware that certain products are subject to shipping restrictions and may not be eligible for international delivery.

We operate warehouses in the United States, the European Union, and China, and delivery times vary depending on the shipping origin and destination:

• U.S. & EU warehouses: In-stock items are typically delivered within 3–7 days

• China warehouse: Shipping time is approximately 45–55 days, depending on the destination
